Pinecrest Pool Rules

1. Obey lifeguards and other supervisory personnel. No excessive talking with lifeguard while on duty.

2. Pool tags must be worn at all times and available for inspection when requested. Residents are only

allowed one guest per pool tag and must be present within the fenced area of the pool during guest use.

4. NO SMOKING – smoking or other tobacco use is not permitted within the fenced area of the pool.

5. Running, pushing, dunking, and splash fights, getting on someone else’s shoulders or other similar

activities is not allowed.

6. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages permitted in pool area.

7. No pets within the fenced pool area.

8. Loud music in pool area is prohibited.

9. Flotation items are restricted to small sized tubes and floaties worn on the body. Balls, Frisbees or similar

type toys are not allowed.

10. No diving in shallow water (less than 5 feet deep).

11. Flips from the side of the pool are not allowed.

12. Stay off the rope.

13. Cut-offs are not allowed in pool. Proper swim attire required.

14. Loud, abusive or foul language will not be tolerated.

15. Chewing gum is not allowed while in the pool.

16. Swimmers in the water have the right of way. Those entering the water must make certain no one is in

front of them.

17. You may not enter the pool if you have an open sore.

18. While in the pool, please use commercial suntan preparations only.

19. Anyone caught swimming after the pool has closed will be suspended for the remainder of the pool

season.

20. Be alert to help anyone in trouble. Call for help immediately. Do not move an injured person from the

water who complains of back or neck pain.

Baby Pool Rules

1. Lifeguards are not responsible for the baby pool.

2. Users must be accompanied by parent or guardian 18 years of age or older.

3. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children.
