Three Lakes / Pinecrest community’s annual meeting is coming up. Mark the date on your calendar so you can be updated on the status of the community. February 20, 2012 at Graceview Baptist Church, 25510 Tomball Pkwy, 7 pm.

It will also be the election of 3 board members. Look in your mailbox for all the details. If you wish to vote on absentee ballots, please note those are due February 18th at 5pm to the office of Chaparral Management.

A download has been added under "Downloads: HOA Forms" To request a payment plan for HOA dues, fill out form and follow instructions.

The 82nd Legislative Session enacted new laws that affect the method of communication between the Board of Directors and the members of the association. Each member of the association can be notified of meetings and receive the meeting agenda prior to the meeting date if they register as a member on the association website  If you would like to receive this information, please register your email address at this site. There is no special link to the "email blast" as it was referred to in an earlier letter; just register as a member. Once registration is completed, you will automatically start receiving a message when the agenda is posted on the website. If you are already registered as a member, you will be in the member group to receive these notices and you do not need to do anything further.
