Hurricane Recovery Information from Chaparral

The Association and Chaparral Management have posted a letter including guidelines to help assist with a speedy recovery of repairs from Hurricane Ike. THESE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES WILL BE IN PLACE FOR 60-DAYS FROM 09/24/2008.

This letter is available for downloading under the "Downloads" tab in the Deed Restriction subcategory.

Topics include:

* Contacting your homeowner's insurance agent and working with claims adjuster.
* Trash/debris removal - Harris County Debris hotline 1-800-207-2325 -- with more detail
* Repair & Re-construction procedures including whether or not you need Architectural Control Committee approval for tasks
